Plain English first, details below.

The short version. When you request a free AI Check-Up or email us, we use your details to reply to you and to prepare what you asked for. We don't sell your data, we don't send newsletters you didn't ask for, and we try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect and why.

The Check-Up form: your name, email address, and the link you give us. We use these to prepare and send your Check-Up and to reply if you write back. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Email: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. Legal basis: as above.

Analytics: we use a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool to count visits without cookies and without tracking you personally. That's why there is no cookie banner on this site: there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it. Check-Up requests and correspondence: 24 months from last contact, then deleted. If we work together, contractual and tax records are kept as long as Polish law requires.

Who sees it. Only us, and the service providers we need to run this website and send email. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask for a copy. Write to branding@kanso.digital. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to a data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), and you may also contact the authority in your own country.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
